As a Pharmacy Prior Authorization Representative, your
responsibilities include answering inbound calls from patients, providers, and

back-to-back while navigating multiple applications on several screens.
Attending all training sessions and the first 90 days of employment is
mandatory. You’ll need to resolve patient inquiries and complaints with

providing excellent customer service.
To qualify, you need a high school diploma or equivalent and
at least one year of customer service experience. A distraction-free workspace
